Say, Where'd You Get That Hat?

Lucky you, your mother can knit!

So, a few mistakes were made when creating this hat. Mistakes like the rows of purling at the very beginning, when I was all, "WTF?! Why is my knitting turned?" Of course, I hate to frog, so I just went with it. I am happy with the overall result, but won't be using the crap $2-a-skein-Wal-Mart-yarn for my next hat. It was very splitty, and pissed me off frequently. I am, however, quite pleased with the Peaches n' Cream 100% cotton yarn. Now, if I could just find a wider selection of colors ...

The other bonus of this exercise? Gus thinks he has the best mom ever.
