If one is going to run for vice president, one might consider dropping the colloquial speech in favor of something more polished and professional. Also, one might think twice before winking at the audience in a conspiratorial manner.

So, the storm, she is upon us. Sort of. She's definitely taking her sweet time. Here's hoping she doesn't flood my house. And here's hoping I can keep two stir-crazy little boys busy in the house.

"Get your toothbrushes kids! It's time to scrub the bathroom floor!"
